Examples: Was Water Off, Was Power Off, Is grass/lawn overgrown, No furniture inside - If informed by someone you must provide as much information as possible.

Do they know where subject moved to
Do they know how to get in touch with the subject - If the individual refused to provide information you must indicate refused to any or all the questions asked

- How did you determine property was unoccupied
- If you were informed by someone you must provide as much information as possible:
